Adopt ‘Em All | Omaha Zoo Foundation

Join the Adventure

Adopt ’Em All invites you to symbolically adopt a new animal each month of 2026. Along the way, you’ll learn about the animals in our care, follow their stories, and build a deeper connection to the Zoo.

Missed January’s Harbor seal? Good news, a limited number are still available, but not for long!

In 2017, 10-year-old Easton started a project to help the animals he loved by giving others a chance to love them too. That project, Adopt ‘Em All for Easton, grew into something bigger than he ever imagined, helping the Zoo care for dozens of animals.

Now, in 2026, Easton has returned as he begins college, to continue the project he started as a fifth grader. Each month of 2026 brings a new animal to discover and celebrate. From majestic lions to the tiny mantis, each symbolic adoption tells a story and adds to the journey Easton began years ago.

Explore the Zoo, One Animal at a Time

Your Adopt ‘Em All map starts as a blank canvas. With each monthly symbolic adoption, you’ll add a new animal sticker to its home on the Zoo map. By the end of the year, you’ll have a colorful snapshot of the animals you’ve met and learned about along the way.

Meet the Hoffmann's Two-toed Sloth

Adopt ‘Em All began in January with the Harbor seal, now we’re heading into the trees to meet the Hoffmann’s two-toed sloth!

Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium is home to two Hoffmann’s two-toed sloths, Boca and Ezzie. This month, you can symbolically adopt a sloth and learn more about these amazing animals.
